    Look at how the big investors, including directors, have picked up sizeable stakes so far - by large tranches of newly issued shares at prices far below what they would have to pay if they bought on-market, at great dilution to existing holders. Why would an Edwards, etc, need to buy on-market to take a large stake? So, what sort of market activity are we seeing in response to good news? I think most of the market activity seems to be the big investors converting cheap options and selling newly issued shares into the good news, rather than the share price rising with the prospects of the company. The 24c strike price of the last large tranches of options given to the directors seems to indicate a pretty underwhelming lack of faith in the likely trajectory of the share price. So will there be some bonanza on-market takeover? Maybe not. Just my humble, jaded and inexpert view of things.
