Regardless of interest rate movement, there would be a lot of units/apartments that are going to be built in next
4 years. Rezoning of land near railway stations are about to be announced in Sydney to allow medium density housing. And fed up renters are looking at buying affordable units plus unit/apartment investors keen to offload their properties to get out of high interest headaches.
End result is increased PEXA billable transactions in next 4 years.
