As people have summarised it depends on MinRes:

(1) If MinRes votes for the Scheme - we receive cheques in the mail end of March/ early April.

(2) If MinRes votes against, the Scheme is certainly dead in the water. Move to Takeover and we can sell or not. Query effect on SP if you don't sell. Delisting likely. MinRes either remains a 13% minority s/her or sells. Potential to pick up mining services contracts.

(3) If MinRes moves to 15%, Joint Bid can be terminated. MinRes only needs another 7 million shares to do so, doesn't look to be buying, yet.

As for Creasy, the free carry on his 40% through to FID is huge. No need to sell now. He'll know results/modeling/potential resource ie he'll know the best time to do a deal. Annie paid for the options exercise, unlike Tone, and took the full entitlement. The writing was on the wall for hubby's 13% and a new bid.

All of this is subject to our right to object at the Second Court Hearing.
