"Material items for Proposed Transaction
Subject to Company shareholders approving the resolutions necessary to effect the Proposed
Transaction at a general meeting of shareholders to be held in due course, the Company will, as part of
the Proposed Transaction:

• conduct the Consolidation;"

So it looks like our shares will be consolidated from .001 to the public offer share price of .20 !!
Do the math I think my calculator just melted...

.20c at listing and then plummet to .02c ??? Due to outstanding litigation from another company over
mining claims with a court date of July 2024.

Who knows? Just my initial thoughts. Anyone jump in to correct me!

Overall I think the proposal looks good particularly the people on the board. And more importantly the absence
of certain people who hopefully, have been left in the dust and grime of the Congo.
