    Agreed for the most part. But the sting is also quite painful because many of us feel mislead by Scott specifically around him alluding to alternative funding.

    I'm now very hesitant on his statements. Regardless of what we have on the basin. CR was always required. How he has presented it has a lot left to be desired.

    He needs to rebuild trust with us and just as important confidence in market.
