It would be very interesting to start the process just to get through discovery and discover who , when and why these stories were invented or verified and who was aware of the invention as it stinks at multiple levels IMO. I think STO shouldl pursue it and at least if nothing else it will put a higher bar and such claims in the future and ensure there is some consequences if scholars intentionally make "history" to support their environmental or political preferneces.
This whole court process needs to be shortened so any bogus claims have more hurdles and get called bogus earlier - time is $ .
So much damage done hundreds of millions to bottom line of STO that is likley to be taken over on the cheap due to delays
