One factor i think which maybe overlooked is China is making considerable deals in Africa, Iran and elsewhere where costs are extremely low not like in Western Countries. I do see a considerable switch towards self reliance by Brics thats just my thoughts but if i was a big businessman i would also move into countries with minimal wages and able to assist them like china has been doing.
They dont sleep at the wheel the Chinese and if this Lithium projects take off in Iran then good night western producers profit margins imo.
