What if Scott had recently told the truth: "We need a capital raise in the short term, but in the medium term, maybe after a successful flow test/PSA we plan other funding alternatives..."
Then the price would now be at 13c and we would probably have a capital increase at 10c. I've never seen a manager publicly announce an upcoming capital increase in advance. Never. Why should scott be the exception ?

As always with IVZ, the price including the options is a bit too generous. But the participation of the existing shareholders is fair and a step forward. I'll take my share of the new options/stocks.
