Posting my bonus options experience to help sort things out with Automic:
- I received the email on 8DEC with a broken link to the forms
- I had no 75c options nor the associated forms visible in the Automic portal.
- I re-entered the SRN I received from the 2021 options into the portal - this did nothing.
- I did not receive a 2nd email
- Yesterday I got the physical holding statement through the post. This had a new SRN assigned despite no changes to broker/HIN on my end.
- Entering the new SRN into the portal brought in the 75c options and populated the relevant forms on the documents page.
My take is that Automic need to do a batch email to make sure all holders have the SRN associated with these bonus options.
