Disappointed. This theme of a PE scooping up my company shares before the anticipated inflection is very boring. We get a modest short term sugar hit but miss out on the longer term potential.

A well managed company growing rapidly both organically and via smart acquisitions. Revenue and cost jaws opening up. Sold for less than 7x EBITDA. Very boring indeed.

One of the only growing local pharma manufacturers being taken over by an overseas entity.
