i would say its objectively not good for investors when a company consider ceasing mining operations, as an investor the company making no profit on a working asset is obviously very bad however smart it may be to preserve capital, it will obviously significantly affect the share price in a negative way, call that an oppurtunity to top up but this cannot be spun as good news
