Well many retail investors won’t or can’t take it up as they to hold a maximum of what they comfortably want and also some have a maximum of what a super fund will allow them to buy potentially so it will easily be unsubscribed for retail. You are not stating anything we don’t logically know.
I am fine for it to be undersubscribed as MSB don’t need that much cash anyway to get by.
