money is one the other is evidence & learning,
if you are building a car for the first time. you want to be able to take any learnings for when you decide to build a truck.
if you do them at the same time you can't leverage anything that you have learnt so it arguably costs more.
this is true for our delivery system, the synthetic & that it's derma and data can be used to feed into other trials.
