Given that after the conversion there will be near 1 billion shares, this shows that BCN is a closely held stock.
As it has on increasing volume gone from only ~500,000 trades to ~8 million shares traded daily.
Which is minuscule when compared to the total!
So being so tightly held when we do get a good announcement the spring will be let loose and move quite quickly?
