Centrelink/My Gov does not recognise AGL Electricity Victoria's ABN as a valid one to link to My Gov. (via an ABN check) for the purposes of trying to give consent for Centrelink to apply the rebates. It refers you to the electricity provider for them to match with My Gov. AGL has my details and has applied the Vic State Govt rebate correctly in August 2023 however it has not applied Albo's promised $250 rebate. Calls to AGL refer you to the Federal Government so its a circus of ineptitude. On top of the two 30% increases to electricity costs from AGL since Albo took office there has been NO "$275" reduction in gross electricity costs as promised by Albo.
Clearly not a priority for Albo to implement policies once they are announced. He simply feeds the chooks then ubers off somewhere else for a wine and rest away from the plebs who rely on him to manage the Country. --------------------------------------- Btw, I don't think Albo's $1000 is going to cover the damage caused by Qld Govt mismanagement of the Tinaroo Dam spill judging by these pictures of ruinous damage to my ex's home...... Let me know what you think......... is it enough for this damage caused by mismanagement and failure to alert residents to the impending spill of Tinaroo?
I wonder if our newly elected Premier who is clearly promoted beyond his level of incompetence can answer that, as he will have to in due course.
