I am certain that EBRD is ecstatic with this recent development, they have just took a loss of nearly 50% on their initial investment, so much for that deep Due Diligence that they were so proud of. The other question is, if additional funds are required to complete DFS...EBRD would likely want to average their holding price to a more reasonable number (whilst all the shareholders get massively diluted).
This 'delay' is looking more and more suspicious if you think about it. In any instance out of this - the shareholders lose whilst sophs and insiders win.
