You're assuming that the first $470k is paid in the 2024 calendar year and not in the 2023 calendar year (i.e. this month) as that first amount is due on completion of the DSD.
There's about $1.2m of service fees for implementing the system across the Cap network and then $100kpm of software licence fees. This tells me that they expect the $100kpm to kick in from about April 2024 to bring to total to $2m for the calendar year.
