I agree with everything you’re writing about the deposit being world class and very large. No disagreements.
im simply saying that anyone doing the numbers can plainly see that there is already a titanic sized premium being included in the sale price (including the fact that whoever ends up owning it is going to be outlawing an additional $1bn or so for capex.
