Well it is well documented that it takes about 10 years to get this I agree with this analysis - and only if one learns to chart - that said - I do thing there are a lot of good stocks fundamentally that are beaten down now - so pick around those ones that have something that had great runs that have potential the bottom pickers market is on sale now imo ..
