You claim I am "always wrong" but in fact can only cite 1 example in 11 years of my calling FMG and that example is also flawed as I was very clear that BULL SEASON starts normally on 1 November (but started earlier this year on 11 Sept)

I am NOT SHORT FMG and NEVER HAVE BEEN,
I HATE SHORTS & was burnt by them here on a day trade in 2014 which lost me $22k in 1 day, however I have been LONG FMG for a large majority of the time but since 2022/23 it has zigzagged in a range till the this months ATH breakout.

You call my analysis "stupid", you claim I am SHORT contrary to my hundreds of posts to the opposite & even my declared position that I DONT own any of this stock and havent for many years now.
HOW can I be SHORT if I dont own or sell any shares and dont have any shares at any time?!

You then allege I am somehow tortiously liable for TA analysis and for making calls that have been 95% correct on here. So does that make your brokers and other share analysts like fat prophets, JP Morgan, Marcus Padley, the Federal Governments budget estimates committee and Goldmans who got the IOP GP & FMG SP totally wrong numerous times also so liable?!

I think you clearly have no legal qualifications to assume such a legal position nor any evidence of anyone's reliance thereon nor do you have any iota of credibility as to analysing my TAs for the last 10 years on here as you cant even read this years ones accurately. I guess inversely then all those who made fortunes from my 95% good calls should be subject to me suing them for commission?! LOL.

Keep on rubbishing and laughing at me, my moniker here is a patient turtle with a thick shell and I swim the ocean freely for hundreds of years with no predator & have survived time and again so no amount of names and stone throwing can hurt me nor deter me as I am slow and steady and always win the race in the end.

It is the public that wants and needs objective analysis instead of your subjective irrationality...
hence why this thread I started has been read 9.8M times in 6.5 years
