Last Monday night, Wonkerdamus polished up his crystal ball, stared deep into it, and liked what he saw.

First thing Tuesday morn his broker got a call:

"Morning Wonkers- how fare thee today?...finally keen to look at some other plays?"

"No young lad, appreciate it thanks, but Iv’e called round to all of my banks, deployable capital I’ve managed to muster, you know what I’m wanting you cheeky young funster!"

"Oh Wonkers…more EXR??!!….you’ve already got millions, it’s borderline addiction!"

"Not at all fine sir- the Wonker clan has absolute conviction!"

"We’ve got Grandis gushing conventional gas- most unexpected- it may be much better than initially projected.

Big boys are lurking- we’ll probably sell.

To Santos, Origin- or maybe it’s Shell?

I expect EXR shareholders to do very well!"

"Ok then mate- another 50,000, maybe 100?"

"Hey lad-Don’t be so silly!- Set about to procure me another 1.169 milly!!!!!!"
