why didn't BMW attempt to buy out Sila? the same with Mercedes?
Mercedes did get equity though. I'm actually expecting the same with EV1.
It'd make sense for them to want part of the company. Takeover? the vocal minority here would have you believe they could get us for $1bn or less. The silent majority are holding their shares tightly (some even accumulating) as they know the company is worth a lot more than that.
IMU has a market cap of close to $1b and that is probably justified as the potential returns are huge in comparison to the MC.
Their shareholders would be appalled if the company was sold for $1bn so close to success. The same with ADO.
