I think fair value is more than 41c. They may be talking about end of the year (2024) target as many do. The differences in our views are:

• The brokers know how hard it is to raise Capital at the moment.
• I have been watching the project like a hawk and maybe more on the glass-half-full side. My view also takes in 2025.

Just now the tide I turning with more support for small caps because of the lower interest rates in the US, specifically US long bond rates.

Let's just see how well or badly the negotiations go.
