Haga ... cynical as you are trying to be... Unfortunately much of what you say is true..We have people in Canberra who would gladly let millions die and Industry spiral out of control and allow price pressures that would distort markets and create a mass international deflation Yes All This in the name of Green...Child like brains are only seeing part of a much much bigger picture!!
They cannot get it into their pig thick brains that 80% plus of the world DEPENDS ON COAL AND FOSSIL FUELS FOR SURVIVAL..
and if we RAPIDLY cut out their ability to get these fossil fuels ...then the other 20% will surely die with them...This "Green development process" which "it is actually clearly not" ..will create a massive distortion of reality in its hideous chase to stamp out coal and fossil fuels..I wish these politicians instead of jumping on the Green Bus would just take a breath of reality and see this mad push towards Green is polluting every breath they take...the RUSH to Green is a VERY DESTRUCTIVE PROCESS and is creating ..a huge supply pressures push towards more mining and with the Synthetic production of Graphite for batteries is using mountains of energy!!!
We may indeed be creating more CO2 and more pollution in this madness to Go Green ..Indeed the more we change the bigger over all mess we may be creating...yes the plan may to be save the world tomorrow ..but that's not much good if we are killing the world to get there!!
The market is already speaking ...EV sales are collapsing due to their high cost and are already heavily subsidised by Governments ..people just cannot afford such a massive financial shift with government subsidies creating more and more burdens in taxation or adding to the mountains of Government debt!!!!
As we turn to Green
we're moving back to where we've been!!!
