You clearly have not heard the professor who was quite amazed that Abbott's offer of a new hospital was rejected.
He said that a new hospital made more sense and delivered a better outcome in terms of value for money.
I think you might find Wilkie may have just sucked them in and then spat in their face like he always planned.
Even Wilkies pathetic excuse of Abbotts offer being outside of process does not make sense when it was gillard who moved outside of process to deliver the money to Wilkie.
