you never know, he could be deliberately selling now, before a favorable change of Govt policy.
Perhaps he has higher moral standards than we realise.
Thinking this through, if he sold after a favorable change in policy, it could easily be insinuated that, as a Director of STX, he profiteered from a policy windfall that he had inside information about.......
By selling now, that is completely mitigated, "if" I am correct...big if
