KP will never agree to Carbonate Plant going ahead all his intentions are to head towards Hydroxide and nothing more...his happy to continue receiving the current status of Spodumene because it suits his agenda moving towards his goals.
Also with regard to this BoD's and this is IMHO only but I'm sure there are some who can see the same as me especially after B1 stating at the AGM that the terms of the supply contract wont change...this tells me something smells very fishy with this BoD's who have been dictated to by a junior partner its never been heard of in all my time living on this planet why aren't the current BoD's of Sayona not pursueing changes that are in the mist of destroying another company...the being Altura what has the Exwankerbanker got over them and why is it our BoD's have let them tie us to a tree with regard to one of the worst deals in the history of offtakes whereby a 25% Junior gets all the loolies and the 75% major is made to eat shet what has Piedmont got over them maybe this needs some seriuis intervention by the regulators to look into bith sides dealings and if not maybe court proceedings just like that recently against Livent where both company's Sayona an Piedmont must disclose full details of their meetings leading upto the Off Rake Agreement... an I will openly say this as I am fully aware of how company directors can stand in front of you and blantantly lie to your face as I have been party to a top twenty meeting/dinner/piss up whereby they continued telling those in the room everything was running smoothly...do you think it was nfw it was...so to @UndR8ed Cat may I suggest you take what was said with a grain of salt...they will never tell you the truth they are tarred with the same brushes as Politician's born liars mate.
One more thing if the ramp up is to get to what they percieve but they have lowered expectations on output how many out there will be giving these muppets a handout when they come back next year an say look we have hit our targets...yep tipping some will have short memories.
