end result is that by tinkering around the edges, or as the libs have brilliantly shown, do nothing, everyone pays a damn sight more in catchup mode

do you know how technology will play out in 5, 10 or 20 yrs? - guarantee you one thing, speed will be needed to handle that technology - sure, i have enough speed for my needs now too, but talking in the here and now is like pretending technology has reached it's limit
