Eh........
maybe....... a very high SOI is:
1. Perceived as a result of previous frequent CRs which is a deterrent to new investors;
2. More attractive to shorters to attack
3. More attractive to short term trading as opposed to longer term holders eg easier to yield pips earning
4. More volatility for a non revenue companies than for a proven consistent revenue and dividend paying company
5. Cannot list on Nasdaq due to low sp.

*please note the hesitation and generally low provocative and hopefully humble/submissive tone of the points raised. But, if the inclination to attack verbally is there, please do go ahead.
