3. I agree to a point. Caveat with IMU and SOI, a Take Over offer or Commercial Deal will involve Billions, That's an MC issue first and foremost, the SP follows secondary to that.

4. TLS again as an example 11.5B SOI and is not really a volatile company. They have growth issues because the no longer have a monopoly on the communications market and Australia has a small population.

5. NASDAQ listing is being considered alongside a significant event. Again a boost to MC by injection of likely $B's That's market cap, the benefit flows to the SP after the injection of those Billions.
