    if the DRC govt was at all concerned by any punitive actions available to the ICSID they would’ve shut down this mess by now. Zijin (ably supported and underwritten by the CCP) answers only to Chinese law which is to ignore all laws (both local and international) unless it suits the interests of the CCP.
