SYA are not in a position where they can demand anything, there is a contract in place.
Any worthwhile solution would need to be negotiated.
In SYA’s favour, is their solid cash position.
In regard to PLL, there position is slowly being eroded the longer lithium prices stay low.
It would be in PLL’s interest to stay ahead of the game and do something now before it is too late.
