HC is all about topic discussions hence I'll post the below info I come up with in good faith that its just taken as research.

For the record I'm a holder and I'll remain one until otherwise convinced.

It looks like Valleyarm was previously called Musicadium . Director was a Qld based chap by the name of Kley McPherson.

There's a stack of info about musicadium out there.

Angus became a director of Valleyarm in April this year, and Kley owned all the shares (I don't mind that structure) until aquisition.

I don't know how heavy Kley's (or for that matter Angus's) weight is in the music, but they've ticked a number of boxes so far.

Kley though has been involved in an online co before. A simple search will track that for those interested.

With regards to TNC, they loaned Valleyarm $300K and in return earn up to 80% interest. The ASX ann states that "the loan will be repayable from earnings made from Valleyarm business".

Will TNC still reatain the 80%once the loan is paid back? Here I thought an acquistion was an acquisition. It appears like a free-carried 80% for TNC unless i've missed something.

I'm also surprised there weren't any TNC shares issued in consideration also. Still working out if thats a good or bad thing!

    Thoughts?

    Cheers,
    The Sparkler
