Thats the big Question @assailed, how long until a decision is going to be announced. PEP11 and JA have to meet a "timely" manner of resolving the permit and make a decision? Bounty Oil mention imminent news after Jan 2 in the new year, D Breeze mentions the 30 day time frame for timely JA decisions has well and truly passed. Most believe NOPTAS recommendation is positive, as it has been in past approval. This decision is not far away and all of us await the news. Can government and JA hold off until an election? Whats best time for current government to release a no or a yes on PEP11 permit. Most believe news either way would be best announced sooner than later for all parties involved. As a shareholder/investor this news couldnt come any sooner regardless of outcome. BPH are either going to get the greatest of opportunities to produce gas for the country on a yes, or if no, contest in court the decisions and bias on politicians refusal, of a needed gas supply that all studies show is needed.
The most dicussed Company on HC and the largest potential gas supplier on East Coast of Australia. Holy Smokes this has potential to benefit all involved. JA, Government, Industry, Energy Supply, Cost effectiveness to grid, securing future energy supply and clean transition into future. A YES seems the only sensible decision, environment practices and policy are secure in the development of project (a gas project, not oil) and the only reason to say no would be for saving ridicule of past politcal bravo of politicians Scomo, Albonese and even MK that have been against PEP11 in past, this bias is for only trying to secure so called green local votes in electorates, and also to campaign and seen to be against opposing political parties.
Games up on the politcal games, its either a Yes, lets move forward and win win for all, or if a no, we see you in court for being nit wits and stuffing all involved around and let High court reslolve/ decide. Risky business for all involved or smart business?. GLTAH.
