    can said, selling stake to JFE shoji, is one of the way to prevent take over and overcome cashflow issue.

    the continuous short/ selling of OMH share, are unusual. only whose know OMH inside out, with agenda of possible take over had the volume and being systematically execute it.

    closed door on investor relation will do more harm, unless there are proposal to delist.
