    how come it is not new announcement

    2021 announcement was related to financing which spenda will finance to ebev for approx 1m under DW facilities.

    This announcement is different they are selling software and will earn Saas fees along with payments processing via spenda into B2B and B2C

    this would be extended to entire customers chain of ebev i.e 2500 registered customers under ebev with initially 100
