It's a tough position to be in. The company looks pretty much bird sh!t but you're right it does have cash on the balance sheet. The question is, and taking into account declining sales, how long it will take to stabilise the business with something that's profitable and then value it from there.
As the buy back isn't being undertaken, the Director's aren't doing any buying and shares have come out of escrow the downward pressure remains.
Wait for some good news... at some point it will turn...
Maybe you could get yourself on Ozbiz or Livew!re and do a pump : )
