in order for a website to be fully functional there are lots of testings to be done by the IT guys. why i know?? i was in the IT sector before i become self funded trader. i've involved in setting up one of australia's prime broking house website. believe me, it not a 1 or 2 weeks job. it requires lots of testings.. especially in order to successfully crossed platform to nescape, firefox, mozilla, google crome, ie.. etc
