Being told to hold on to the shares and look forward to the divis, to then find that they had agreed to sell the company. Yes- I did read the announcement- somewhat sugar coated IMHO. I did sell over 95% off my total holding around the $3.00 mark, but have since repurchased them. I like LTR, the product, but the faith I once had in the board is gone. TO must live a very lavish lifestyle for him having to sell shares at this very difficult time for the company.
