    Gross it's around 16c per share, but then if you take litigation fees away plus add a substantial nest egg to the company to add to their development and strategic acquisition budget, I think 10c per share would be fair, I'm keen for this company to succeed in business after this all shakes out and not just have all the funds distributed in one hit. I'd much rather they start producing and give me divvys or a higher share price 5 years from now without having to do anymore capital raises in the medium term. Given how much we have all paid 10c is still a substantial premium and will pretty much ensure that all shares owned will owe you nothing(if not cash flow positive) if you have jumped on this ride prior to Christmas 2023. Those that have just jumped on are likely to still benefit from the payout and share price rise, just not as much, and are probably only here for the payout so I don't actually care if they are unhappy with a slightly lower payout than they expect. Of course higher than 10c would be fantastic, but I also want what's best for the company.
