How about the typo on the third paragraph, third line where it says "the Company has agreed to issue to Casimir 300,00
options"
Does that mean they've issued 30,000 options... Or is it 300,000? Someone either has the comma in the wrong place or they have accidentally lost a zero!
Regarding "sitting on their hands"... What I mean is the amount of time they've invested in this CMIC thing, and now they appear to be giving them the rough end of a pineapple.
I can't imagine CMIC are happy with this move by EMG and I can only see it ending badly for the JV...
