Company has been in the pits for quite some time, trading at cash levels .. market is saying the IP is worthless despite having multiple clinical trials in progress and previous offers of $200M .
Sucks for exisiting long term holders but prime opportunity for new investors to get in at very attractive risk reward ratio.
