Wrong.
That $200m CR may have been a "nice move" in hindsight, but it was far from the "lifesaver" some people are making it out to be. We have a lot of cash from the sale of the first shipment.
If there was truly an emergency, we also had the $200m ATM to draw upon.
The bod and the current managing director, James Brown behind the "brilliant" CR are the same people who gave ZERO guidance for all of 2024. Yes, that's right, NO goals, NO objectives for 2024, just endless dicking around and Morella'ing.
