I generally don't reply to these debates but your posts are misleading.

Firstly I want to change this sentence you wrote in your post:

"CHINESE have been doing business with AFRICA for years...!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

    to what I think

"CHINESE have screwing over AFRICA for years...!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Secondly as to the blame game, if there was no corruption and China kept its grotty hands to itself (and Felix actually dealt with corruption in DRC) AVZ would already be mining this deposit. The losers are the people of the DRC.

Where I will agree with you is that AVZ does need to cut a deal of some sorts. I posted as such in Post #:68238020 And I also said AVZ needed to better inform the market: Post #:70983126

Longer term exploration in the DRC will be impacted as clearly this debacle has shown the DRC has not addressed international perceptions of sovereign risk attached to it, and despite what Felix yabbers about he does not walk the talk. He could actually have issued the ML to AVZ himself.

But going to your posts until you acknowledge the Chinese are corrupt and have sort to change the rules midstream your posts are essentially worthless. Having said that AVZ does need to cut a deal with such players to get the project rolling, but to repeat most explorers with any sense will shy away from doing any business in the DRC.

Finally, the games China is playing around rare earths and seeking to control downstream processing is just not going to be viable long term. Western economies have woken up that there is too much risk if you allow China to dominate markets. What China is seeking to do with AVZ is move into mining, given its lepidolite resources are crap. On lepidolite refer: Post #:71619362

Western governments seem too me to finally getting an understanding of what this graph means and why they are starting to seek locating downstream activities away from China. One of the key things for lithium price stability is reducing China's dominance in the market.
