Need to expand on your "off the wall" calculation for the ever-diminishing SGR SP. Doubt if the SGR Board and "Robbie" aka the CEO are up to that type of strategy, as the business is now and for some time, a mere day to day proposition in all venues in NSW and Qld, with a limited gaming license. How does your proposed property play stand up with continuing real doubts as to the viability of the QW Project in Brisbane?
