First glance, damn I was really hoping to see 40% IRR hahaha. Simply because other investors may not realise it but economies of scale once Phase 2 and Phase 3 are added means IRR will eventually be over 40%. Nevertheless 24% still is very good... just not excellent.. nonetheless a project based on a trustworthy jurisdiction and country, Saskatchewan Canada as opposed to up in the mountains of Argentina where engineers are paid peanuts.

OPEX is amazing! It's come down lower at $2.8k than the industry range $3k-5k per tonne. And the fact is, they will keep hammering at that and reduce it further. Market would not have expected this result.

CAPEX $290M, I was hoping it would come lower to $250M (per my original post if I remember correctly did I mention $280M). Anyway, not surprising and as per my musings hope people can see this was within expectation. I was hoping the market gets surprised with unexpected $250M or below.

Surely with PFS, now everyone can see why modular is best approach? That Q1 2025 is realistic target for first production, then incrementally grow operations, while earning revenue, and not get bogged down with raising billion dollar to fund capex, the team can more focus on reaching profitability as quickly as possible. That's value!
