Chilean's 'business friendly environment' should be downgraded after this nationalisation. They can call it whatever, if it smells and looks like nationalisation, it is nationalisation. Codelco finally will have a control over SQM with 50% + 1 share ownership. Chilean is really pointing a gun on these companies' head. Avoid investing in Chilean related business at all cost.
