Craig Boshier himself admitted on a recent call they have very few remaining users that last beyond 24 months.That means they need to re-build their entire customer base every 2 years.
Working back from Boshier's 2 year lifespan statement, Spacetalk is running at 7%+ monthly churn.
A churn of just 3% per month compounded equates to 31% annually.
On this business model, Company has no chance of being profitable, will just keep burning more cash.
