Trying to get my head around how cost of debt is calculated
From FY23 presentation
The cost of the debt = Borrowing Costs / Interest Bearing Liabilities = 7,129,000/241,259,000 = 2.95%
Weighted average cost of debt is given here as 4.42%
Can anybody point out my error?
