As stated by SM, we don’t need the PSA, we can operate without it, it is in the best interests of Zimbabwe to have it so the Government gets fair compensation for the asset being depleted in their Country. Until anything is declared commercial it really means nothing to anyone.
It may however affect a farm in or Jv as any partner would want full disclosure to what percentage will go to the producer, and what percentage will go to the Government. The Government can also opt to take a percentage after the wellhead, so when finally released, will clarify exactly where Geo Associates, and by association, Invictus stands.
